Optima Health is recruiting for a Network Relations Manager to manage the provider network in the Northern Virginia area.

The Network Relations Manager is responsible for building and nurturing provider relationships within the portfolio.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • The ability to negotiate contracts.
  • Ability to build and foster relationships.
  • Working knowledge of the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to travel throughout the Northern Virginia area.

Selected candidate must have a permanent residency in the state of Virginia.

Responsible for the development and design of the provider network through contract negotiations and relationship development. Assists in the preparation of financial projections and strategic planning. Responsible for managing the financial and operational performance of the provider network and compliance with contractual terms.
