LST is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide expert support and leadership for LS Technologies, Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) SE 2025 Contract. Responsibilities Coordinate with the COTR, federal customers, and FAA executives to ensure programmatic success. Direct the efforts of a cross-functional Cyber Security Team to support the consistent, disciplined application of appropriate program management tools and techniques across agency initiatives. Responsible for success of the team in meeting planned program milestones and activities. Actively participates in team's technical activities in order to coach and influence the team. Responsible for adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements, along with planning and budgeting. Provide management support for portfolio activities (Cyber Security Team). Guides and sets direction with team for a common implementation of cybersecurity practices across the organization. Direct employees' efforts in performing design, development, integration, test, management, documentation, and delivery of mission essential software using Earned Value Management techniques. Deliver on contractual requirements and adhere to quality control standards. Assigns technical resources to work assignments. Actively addresses employee performance and development, both issues and career growth. Responsible for building a team including the on-boarding and assimilation of new hires. Responsible for interacting with program management to ensure that scope is managed. Requirements 15+ years' experience in a Technical Program Management Role (large scale). Experience leading a development of an engineering contract with the FAA - preferred. Cyber Security Certification preferred CISSP Certification, CSCP Certification, CompTIA, Security +, Global Information Assurance Certification. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) - preferred. Certification or equivalent project or program management certification - preferred. Education Bachelor's degree in a related field is required for this position. Advanced degree (Masters or MBA) preferred.
