Role: Implementation Service Senior Analyst Position Summary: Seeking a talented Senior Analyst with experience in financial services and technology and/or business analysis to join the professional services organization of Primatics Financial, an SS&C technologies subsidiary. The Implementation Services Senior Analyst will lead the project team as they collaborate with client, business and technical staff to understand the client needs and determine the functional requirements for the development, configuration and deployment of solutions on our proprietary EVOLV platform. Responsibilities: Demonstrate an understanding of client's organizational structure and business model Develops effective working relationships with client personnel. Should be able to interact verbally and in writing and viewed as a trusted resource on the team Work with the client to elicit detailed requirements for the configuration of the Primatics Evolv Platform Document identified requirements considering domain and product expertise and soliciting feedback from other team members Communicate requirements and implementation approach to developers, follow up and resolve issues during code development Assist in the design of the business workflow logic required to achieve the functionality required Understand the test strategy and support client testing efforts Create test scenarios and review the test plan against the requirements Build, develop, and grow relationships both internally and externally Prepare meeting materials (eg, slide decks, process flow diagrams, etc.) to support engagement Takes responsibility and accountability for junior team members including review of work products and successful completion of assignments Manages a number of responsibilities in the face of competing priorities; Completes tasks within assigned timeframe Mentors junior team members with understanding client specifics, engagement specifics, tools and Primatics Strategy and methodologies. Provides support to the engagement manager on engagement administration (eg, work papers, budget) Understands and participates in project or engagement planning, administration and budgeting Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Bachelors in Finance, Commuter Information Systems, Accounting, or Economics (or equivalent) MBA, CFA or CPA Candidate preferred 3-7 years prior work experience Experience in financial services a must; preferably around loan accounting, credit risk, software development, finance, and/or banking Proficiency in PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word, SQL Exhibit professionalism and efficiency in interactions and communications Adjusts to changes in tasks, deadlines and environments Operates effectively in a dynamic environment Communicates clearly and succinctly, both orally and in writing Exhibits enthusiasm, positive professional attitude, integrity, reliability Enhanced problem solving abilities Organization and attention to detail Ability to travel #LI-MW1 Unless explicitly requested or approached by SS&C Technologies, Inc. or any of its affiliated companies, the company will not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.SS&C offers excellent benefits including health, dental, 401k plan, tuition and professional development reimbursement plan.
