Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, and will typically be demonstrated by working at, or immediately below the level of the job being advertised. The previous work experience must clearly demonstrate the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position.
Specialized experience required for this position is:
- Monitoring and intelligence oversight of an organization's activities, operations, and investigations to ensure all intelligence activities are conducted in accordance with applicable authorities and regulations.
- Conducting investigations and assessments of potential intelligence oversight concerns and Questionable Intelligence Activities (QIA), making independent decisions regarding the validity of the concerns, writing investigative reports, and reporting results and recommendations to senior leaders.
- Conducting regular liaison with senior government officials, Inspector General, and General Counsel in support of an intelligence oversight program.
- Developing directives and standard operating procedures for an intelligence oversight program.
- Developing and delivering intelligence oversight training and education programs to government personnel

3. Coordinating and Conducting Intelligence Oversight Inquiries and/or Assessments and Reporting Results to Senior Government Officials
