Our client in the Columbia area is looking for an entry level college graduate to join their team!Job Duties* Coordinate all required information for the preparation of final quotes, including customer required documentation and vendor quotes to Optivor Technologies.* Review customer requirements, match vendor quotes to customer specifications. Ensure quote is compatible by communicating with other departments and staff to determine and clarify customer requirements. Use advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel to prepare needed spreadsheets, work with other Sales team members to prepare package to customer.* Field customer inquiries. Coordinate vendor relationships to ensure timely response. Maintain customer maintenance renewal pricing and work with Sales to communicate renewal information to the customer. Work with Optivor Accounting and Purchasing departments on status of renewals. Advise vendor if customer maintenance contract is not renewing.* Gather required data for quote preparation. Build and maintain pricing measurements for decision making processes. Maintain various data bases, customer quotation data and vendor data.We seek an individual with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with strong business and customer service background preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of MS Office products. Advanced level Excel skills required. Sales quotation background a plus. Excellent communications, time management and organization skills are essential to success. Strong analytical and data management skills are key.
