Dynamic System and Network Administrator

Key Role:

Work in a government organization and support research for a variety of advanced computing design, including quantum computing and microelectronics. Provide support to design, implement, and administer the computing network infrastructure. Support network infrastructure design, management, and administration. Assist with routing and switching, and support operating systems, and work with installation, configuration, maintenance, patching, triage, and hardening. Monitor infrastructure and operating system level services.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with network, system administration, design, and maintenance

-Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems, Cisco or other network infrastructure systems

-Ability to develop plans for implementing new and modifying current network architectures to support client needs for system access and secure communications

-Ability to interpret clients' requirements and documentations for presentations prior implementation

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Possession of excellent oral or written communication skills

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree in IT

-Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) within the areas of Routing and Switching, Security, and/or Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
