Job ID: 13624Position Description: Regional Sales Manager - Commercial AV. Position Location is anywhere in the New England region. The ideal candidate should possess a high sense of urgency with excellent organization, communication, and written skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Problem solving, excellent judgment, confidentiality, and managing multiple projects with a "can do" attitude are key strengths that will ensure success in this high profile Regional Sales position.Responsibilities:* Responsible for sales of products and services to new and existing partners by conducting product and sales training for independent representatives, as well as senior management of client's sales, engineering and executive divisions.* Identifies and coordinates the clients' training needs. Has continuous ongoing communication and cultivation of sales representatives and sales management in client organizations to ensure and facilitate sales of multiple products through calls and personal visits. Travel is expected to be 50-75%.* Participates in developing marketing strategy and tactical plans in support of achieving business plan objectives. Provides sales management information to independent rep force. Provides analysis and marketing/training assessment needs to support SurgeX sales plans.* Maintains customer database and delegates time accordingly to ensure monthly objectives are met.* May participate as a speaker in seminars/training sessions of sales representatives, technical teams or at industry events as needed. * Work with senior management to define and execute plan for outreach to end users to pull sales through the existing dealer network.Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree and at least 5-7 years of experience in commercial audio visual industry.* Excellent verbal and written communication are mandatory.* Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport* Proficiency in industry technology, including current control systems, cloud technology as well as AVaaS (AV as a service).* Strong organizational skills to manage independent rep force.* Sales Force application knowledge.* Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a fast paced environment We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class. .
