Electronic Test Technician
Tests, troubleshoots, and repairs mechancial, electronic and fiber optric parts and componentsread work instructionsset up test equipmentuse ohmmeters, oscilliscopes, multimeters and other test equipmentRecommend changes in test procedures and test specifications to improve performanceAssist engineers in troubleshooting of failed production or prototype components under their directionWork Environment: Flexible start time 6:30, 7:00, 7:30am.Working 9 hour days and every other Friday.9/80. Work scheduleExample: week 1 / Monday - Thursday 9 hour days. Total 36 hours week 2/ Monday - Friday 9 hour days. 44 hours. Will not paid OT Qualifications: Electronic testing Must be familiar with testing equipment such as oscilloscopesMust be a US Citizen because the work is supporting DOD contractsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED).Experience with fiber optics is a plus Performance Expectations: Will receive feedback in the moment.
