Position Summary: Samsung SDS is the primary IT services and enterprise software provider for the Samsung Group and has been contributing to the Group's global growth for over 30 years. With over $10B in global sales and operations in more than 30 countries, the company is transforming from a traditional IT outsourcing and systems integrator to an end-to-end enterprise solutions provider. SDS specializes in enterprise mobility and security and provides software and professional services serving the Samsung Group, the Financial Services, Retail industries, Smart Building and the Public Sector in North America. The VP of Enterprise Solution Sales will work with alliance partners and Samsung affiliated companies to close the gap in B2B solutions and ensure better communication activities with corporate initiatives and objectives. We are looking for a business expert with a consultative experience and empowering management approach to work in the areas of strategic planning, solution development, technical business enablement and process management. He/she will also be responsible for the management of sales support materials and building relationships with clients. The right candidate for this position possesses a business- mindset with enterprise consultative sales background. Responsibilities: Build and manage Enterprise B2B Solutions sales teamGenerate new sales opportunities for Team while fostering a trusting relationship with clients and delivering business value.Generate new solution sales by utilizing other SDSA business servicesMeet target revenue and profitability by relevant verticals and/or accounts including accurate opportunity forecastingDevelop and implement customer service process methodologies for creating a repeatable, scalable and measurable customer delivery infrastructure within relevant vertical markets of responsibilitiesManage each account (multiple accounts in large customers) to specific targets on strategic/economic values including all relevant levels of customer personnelManage account/project specific issues, risks and quality Requirements: Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferredHardware, solution, and service sales knowledge in Enterprise B2B Solutions, Enterprise B2B Mobility is a plusProven sales track records and strong Enterprise knowledge (Financial services, Logistics, Retail and Healthcare Solutions are a plus)Ability to build/lead a sales teamSuperior technical expertise of products and services in enterprise IT, mobility, and emerging technology spaceAbility to build trusting relationship with customers at all level (CXO, middle managers, staff level) based on subject matter expertise and SDS offeringsProblem-solving skillsExcellent presentation and communications skillsAbility to travel ~30% is requiredBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription, 401(k), PTO (Paid Time Off)
