Live it. Breathe it. Love it.*Brand champion/leader with proven ability to balance priorities against Brand, revenue and relationships.*Lead Company's North America Sports Marketing team of of category and sports marketers across multiple end-use categories (Football, Basketball, Baseball, Lacrosse, Golf, etc.) and divisions (Grassroots, College, and Pro).*Cultivate and negotiate strategic relationships and ultimately, profitable deals, as it relates to athletes, leagues within the North American landscape.*Build relationships with key leagues, teams, athletes, coaches, AD's, and organizations in North America so UA is in every conversation when an opportunity arises.*Proactively partner with internal executives and key stakeholders in Brand, Creative, Category Leadership, and Product to develop and implement the North America sports marketing strategy that drives our business.*Manage a team of strong personalities and accomplished professionals.*Manage the North American Sports Marketing budget, inclusive of oversight of profitable incoming assets as well as retiring assets/deals deemed no longer strategic for the brand.*Work closely with key internal partners, brand, creative, sales, product and on-field to provide assets needed to help grow brand/sales.*Collaborate with Athlete Services to drive efficient management of athlete product servicing.*Utilize internal processes/tools to understand ROI to evaluate current and future deals.*Support identification of regional activation opportunities.*Provide input on annual asset activation plans and opportunities.*Collaborate with Brand and Creative marketing to drive activation in channel/active assets.*Provide input on regional assets to fit regional strategy.*Drive effective portfolio management in region (acquisition, activation, servicing).*Lead and manage relationships of North American sport assets (inclusive of leagues, teams, athletes and grass roots organizations).*Adjust regional asset roster as per global guardrails.*Provide input to Global Sports Marketing strategy and roadmap.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:*BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration, General Management, or equivalent.*MBA or JD is a plus.*Established relationships at all levels, inclusive of the executive level, in the sports marketing industry.*Prior experience working for a global company with a strong, premium brand and a distinct culture.*Experience working for either a startup or a high-growth organization is a plus.*Experience conducting business and partnering with executives and staff.*A reputation for outstanding leadership, team building and recruiting.*Proven ability to attract top talent from outside the organization, while developing strong teams within.*An ability to lead through influence by forming productive relationships cross-functionally with our leadership team.*Significant executive presence, confidence and preparedness to be able to meet and negotiate with the highest level of sports executives and athletes in the world.*Excellent presentation skills, inclusive of written and oral communications.*Must be present: this includes traveling to meet with assets, attending sporting events, meeting with coaches and athletic directors.
