We are at the forefront of this recruiting model. The Job Velocity is looking for successful, results-driven outside sales representatives. We have opportunities for remote in-market sales representatives across the US, as well as opportunities based out of our North American Headquarters in Tampa, FL. We provide full support, training, expenses, and an incredible benefits package. The compensation package will depend on experience and will include base salary and uncapped commission. The Ideal Candidate It is critical that you can cultivate relationships within all levels of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition from the Executive Level down to the Recruitment Team. You will manage the sales process from start to finish by identifying opportunities, managing your sales funnel & forecast, handling contract negotiations and driving deployment of services, therefore ambition, organization & excellent communication skills are a must. Additionally, you will need to be a team player as you will work closely with our experienced Client Management Team, which handles the day-to-day management of your projects. New Business Prospecting - Call on companies in your region to introduce Velocity products and solution offerings . Maintain and expand long term relationships in order to generate renewals and cross-sell to other areas within the business . Identify opportunities by leveraging existing contacts and generating new leads . Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts . Provide accurate pipelines and forecasts . Demonstrate Velocity's services offerings online or on-site to prospective clients . Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information or feedback gathered through field activity Key Qualifications: . Bachelor's Degree . 5+ years of experience recruitment, staffing, RPO or related solutions . Excellent client-facing and internal communications skills . A valid driver's license and reliable transportation . Travel up to 25%
