KNOWLEDGE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES We're recruiting a Vice President of Sales to run the USA East Coast Team based in the region. Working closely with the Chief Sales Officer, the role of the Vice President is to develop sales plans and execute against them.. Work with the Chief Sales Officer to devise sales plans and execute against these plans. Set sales targets and devise associated commission schemes as part of the sales plan. Develop relationships with key customers. Lead and manage a team of external salespeople; recruiting, setting, monitoring and reviewing performance objectives, motivating, training and developing. Assist in closing major deals and running major accounts. Work closely with the Marketing team to run effective campaigns. Monitor, analyze and forecast sales performance against targets on an ongoing basis. Submit regular reports showing sales results and activity. Ensure up to date and accurate records of customer activity are kept using a CRM system. EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE. Educated to degree level. 5 year track record in field sales management. Understanding of the way in which IT services solutions address business challenges.
