EVERFI is currently seeking an HRIS & Compensation Manager who will work with the EVP of Talent as well as other Human Resources stakeholders and business teams to support the design, development, implementation and administration of our Total Rewards programs. This role will be responsible recommendations regarding employee compensation, FLSA status, job levels, and provide guidance to internal clients on various compensation issues. This person will also analyze data to help predict company trends and tell business stories. In addition, the role will oversee the implementation and operation of our Human Resources Information System and collaborate with stakeholders in Talent, Human Resources Business Partners, and business unit leaders to configure the system, implement new functionality, build data analytics and tell a story through data, and ensure talent management processes and system tools are set up in a modern, simple and effective manner for our organization. Key Responsibilities: HRIS: Oversee the daily operation of Namely HR Information System, provide end-user support for system functionality, provide guidance and other support to end-users Provide guidance and expertise on HR reporting needs. Write, generate and maintain reports and metrics for HR team and company. Generate routine as well as complex reports and metrics. Implement and perform data audits to ensure integrity and accuracy. Identify and recommend opportunities for operational excellence to maximize process and systems efficiencies Support a variety of projects, including compensation program design, analysis, budgeting, implementation of new programs and equity sharing Project manage the implementation of a new HRIS system Generate ad-hoc reports (for example, reports on turnover, hiring costs and benefits) Act as an internal consultant to the Talent team and business leadership regarding hiring, promotion, focal review and related compensation activities; communicate salary and bonus programs as needed Compensation: Administer and help refine compensation programs in alignment with EVERFI's goals, vision, and business objectives Develop a deep understanding of the EVERFI's organizational structure and jobs to inform accurate market pricing Maintain the career framework through the job evaluation process, ensuring that positions are evaluated against the established set of criteria and are leveled consistently across the organization Maintain and apply knowledge related to compliance and government regulations regarding pay Administer base pay and bonus programs, including annual review and bonus cycle Coordinate with HR Business Partners to educate managers on compensation programs Work with HRIS and IT staff to ensure that the HRIS software system meets compensation needs and is updated to reflect changes to salary structures, and bonus program Utilize the HRIS for the development of dashboards and reports for People Analytics Lead the development and rollout of communication plans for compensation programs Implement and perform data audits to ensure integrity and accuracy Requirements Requirements: 4 years of experience in compensation & HRIS, preferably within the technology industry or HR consulting firm Must have a good understanding of broad-based compensation programs (base/bonus/equity), pay for performance, benchmarking/market data, job evaluation, etc. Demonstrated analytical thought and advanced Excel skill Excellent analytical skills to effectively analyze data and build meaningful, understandable models, reports and metrics. Experience with presenting trends, identifying insights from large sets of data that could be useful for making business decisions Ability to develop concise presentations to illustrate and communicate related information Advanced Excel skills and process documentation skills (interview process may include an Excel test) Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal interpersonal skills required Experience with Greenhouse and Namely or large HRIS systems preferred
