SUMMARY: We are a mid-size global organization located in Washington, DC. 2019 is a big year for us, and we need a rock star recruiter to help us recruit the most talented individuals. If you are creative with your sourcing techniques, an "out of the box" recruiter, and you're ready to take your full life-cycle recruiting expertise to the next level, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for building talent pipelines by utilizing diverse sourcing strategies to include social media, job boards, data mining techniques, referrals, networking and more. Responsible for deploying the full life cycle of Talent Acquisition and recruiting activities to fill open positions. Partner with Director of HR to develop and manage HR programs (ig, internship program, trainee programs). Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to) the following: Full life-cycle recruitment and management of the talent acquisition process including, but not limited to, phone screens, candidate assessments, status updates, interview feedback sessions, offer extension, and onboarding. Maintain communication throughout the process; Partner with HR Specialist and HR Director to educate stakeholders on the recruitment process, set expectations, and advise and influence managers throughout the hiring process, and close requisitions in a timely manner. Create and maintain a pipeline of talent. Manage active candidates throughout the recruitment process through effective communication to ensure a positive candidate experience. Promote and enhance the employee referral program. Maintain clear and consistent recruitment records. Partner with HR Director on HR programs (ig, internship program, trainee programs, etc.). Requirements Minimum three (3) years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a high volume, fast paced work environment. Proven ability to attract and hire candidates for difficult to fill positions. Proficiency with sourcing, using social media recruiting tools and job boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc. Excellent organization and prioritization skills. Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers. Knowledge of the federal and DC employment labor laws. EEO Minorities/Gender/Disability/Veterans
