Day-to-day, it's a mixture of outreach, interviewing, training, and the occasional special event. You will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and matching candidates to open requisitions. You will guide hiring managers on candidate sourcing, recruitment channels and market conditions, and develop a thorough understanding of the business. Recruiting at Envision is unique as our team supports the recruitment efforts for over 900 seasonal positions. Position Responsibilities Develop recruiting specifications with hiring manager and facilitate recruiting strategy. Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned requisitions Team closely with hiring manager to understand team dynamic and culture for purposes of recruiting within that context. Actively pursue all channels (Internet, networking, print media, etc.) to form a knowledge base of where to find the best candidates for each particular role. Maximize direct hiring Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to close candidates Develop and manage a network of recruitment and referral sources including colleges, professional associations, vendors /agencies to assist in identifying job candidates. Manage data integrity within applicant tracking system, ensuring timely entry within database. Counsel hiring managers in Interview process/skills to ensure compliance and minimize risk factors. Provide the highest level of customer service and give each applicant a positive interviewing experience Manage our social presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Facebook, Indeed, other job boards, and social sites Represent the organization at hiring events throughout the country Assist in the creation of offer letters and contracts Provide ongoing support and communication to applicants and new hires throughout their on-boarding process Assist with other special projects as needed Position Qualifications: Degree& Certifications College Degree (Fields related to education, communication or human resources preferred) Skills& Experience Impeccable communication skills, both oral and written Passionate about building a talented team to deliver our programs Keen attention to detail Master of relationship building and ability to build trust with hiring managers and candidates alike Endless energy and enthusiasm Ability to work independently Demonstrate desire to win. Doing whatever it takes to get the job done and meet deadlines and performance metrics Familiarity with web-based interviewing, applicant tracking systems preferred Familiarity with recruiting educators preferred Microsoft Office power user This is a temporary (January-June) position based in our Vienna, VA office
