Responsibilities of the Technical Recruiter: Collaborate with Hiring Managers across multiple business lines to create/improve position descriptions that accurately reflect job duties and business requirements Drive specialized recruitment programs to address unique needs and address spikes in hiring volume as well as pipeline development Leverage all recruiting resources available including social media, networking, and active/passive recruitment methods to help identify and source qualified, hard to find candidates Document all recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system and comply with OFCCP guidelines Organize, lead, and document post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidates Work with Recruiting and HR department to extend offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within Company guidelines Effectively manage a variable recruitment workload and maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates and recruiting activities in compliance with company standards Requirements of the Technical Recruiter: Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting agencies in the Intel Community (IC community) Job ID: 314070 Key Words: Technical recruiter, Intel Community, hiring, candidates, interviewing, judgement, recruiting About Eliassen Group: Eliassen Group provides strategic talent solutions to drive our clients' innovation and business results.
