Customer Service Representative
Hiring Immediately! Start date as soon as December 21st.Position Summary: This incumbent will work in an inbound call center environment and be responsible for communicating with residential homeowners, and HOA members on a daily basis via phone and email. In addition, this position requires ongoing communication with our sales, customer service, and data entry team:Answer phones and respond to customer requests (100 min calls a day)Utilize company software to perform contract reviews and signups Maintain accurate data entry on all customer accounts Provide customers with company's service information Identify, research, and resolve customer issues Accurately perform data entry on a large quantity of contracts/documents Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved via emailRecommend process improvements Utilize email communication as required Appropriately direct non-customer related callsQualifications:Answer 80-100 inbound calls/dayManage multiple database systems for calling and schedulingMaintain high level of customer serviceRespond promptly to customer inquiries and complaintsQualifications:Previous call center experience requiredBasic MS Office skillsInternet navigation skillsFriendly and professional phone demeanorFlexibility and adaptabilityAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
