Knowledge Management Content Analyst; Learning and Development The position of Content Research Analyst is a very independent self-motivated position that requires excellent writing, comprehension, research, and analytical skills. The incumbent will be expected to perform independent content research, analysis, and development activities that require a strong attention to detail. What you'll be doing: Content creation, editing, and maintenance Report creation and analysis Attend scheduled meetings and trainings Engage in knowledge transfer activities Recommend goals, implementation strategies and timelines on all content related matters Document creation collaboration and maintenance Various content tasks/activities provided by supervisors and program staff as requested Requirements: Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint) is required. Firm understanding of qualitative and quantitative methods of research. Knowledge in content knowledgebase technologies and website administration Experience with the Salesforce system or other Cloud Based CRM system is highly desired Contact/Call Center/Service Desk Operations experience Be a skilled, organized communicator that has the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal staff, external stakeholders, and the client. Ability to troubleshoot complex communication issues Work within a fast paced, deadline driven environment #LI-LT2
