The Financial Analyst plays a key role in the enterprise AR financial analysis and management reporting, enhancing management's understanding of financial results and aiding decision making through well-articulated communications and analysis skills. The financial analyst will be expected to understand, communicate and explain variance drivers within the business and to help the AR department in making recommendations to senior management.QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Must have effective organizational skills, a high attention to detail and advanced knowledge working with Microsoft ExcelStrong ability to analyze financial resultsStrong analytical, prioritization and problem solving skillsMust be able to learn unfamiliar concepts quickly.Must be able to communicate complex concepts in simple form for non-finance users to understand the appropriate use and limits of the information provided them.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Minimum two year's experience in accounting/finance required.BS in Accounting/Finance preferred; CPA is a plus.Must have demonstrated skills and proficiency in creating and analyzing reports.Microsoft Office a must; strong Excel skills.About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
