HIRING SUPERINTENDENTS Aerotek is currently seeking candidates for two open positions with a top client in the DC area. The incumbent with be responsible for maintaining supervision of site work, completing RFI's, reviewing shop drawings, and must be able to understand the concrete construction progress at a foundation level. This individual should be a self-starter, as they will be making decisions on the RFI's, concrete, etc. if the Lead Superintendent is not on site on at that date or time. Qualifications include:4+ years of experience as a superintendent working on multi-family/commercial construction projectsConcrete construction experience doing site work at the foundation levelExperience completing RFI's and reviewing shop drawings on construction sitesThe current project is a precast garage along with five multi-family buildings in Rockville, MD. 95% of the time this person will be in the field, so it is imperative that the incumbent is okay being in a cold environment with unpredictable weather. Additional notes: there is a nice bonus every quarter that after the course of four bonuses for the year, this person will have a good cushion to their already competitive base salary.
