Iron Bow is seeking a strategic sales professional with business development and Systems Integrator (SI) relationship expertise. This is a high profile Systems Integrator (SI) Account Executive role that will be part of a strategic initiative within the sales team where your driven and self-starting personality will allow for you to develop and manage relationships with the SI community. In this newly created role, you will be reporting directly to the General Manager of the Commercial business unit and will work jointly in order to develop a strategic plan on how you will be successful in meeting the goals of the organization. This is a crucial, high-visibility position in which your existing knowledge and relationships within the Systems Integrator vertical will be heavily relied on in order to aggressively pursue net new business. Responsibilities: You'll join a strong and growing team in order to assist in expanding our sell-to and sell-through business conducted directly with and/or through a targeted list of SI companies. You will drive market share growth, open up new accounts and work to drive out existing competitors in order to land and expand within a named list of accounts. Such named list of accounts will be developed in conjunction with your discussions with the General Manager of the Commercial business unit at Iron bow. You will have responsibility over leading all aspects of your assigned partnerships including margin and profitability growth, sales, and logistics, marketing and planning. An overriding customer service orientation, professional maturity and the ability to identify, develop, and capitalize on executive relationships within targeted customers within the SI space. Besides just technology sales, it is also expected to see significant pipeline development around program and professional engineering services engagements, whether it be to the underlying targeted corporate entities or in support of any government programs/contracts that they may service. Bring forth a consultative approach to solution based sales of technologies and services in order to establish yourself in your named accounts as a trusted business partner. Requirements: 15+ years of proven success in selling the types of technical solutions and/or professional engineering services that Iron Bow is known for 10+ years of successful employment within a Systems Integrator or in a sales role working directly with Systems Integrators. Existing relationships within 1 or more large targeted SIs is imperative to seeing an account executive be successful in this role. A strong grasp of the selling strategies around technologies to include, but not limited to collaboration/unified communications, data center, security, wireless, advanced networking, audio visual, etc. Proven experience in successfully opening net new enterprise accounts in a sales capacity A solid understanding of federal contracts and how to effectively work with SI customers on partnering on such contract based engagements Proven track record of hitting and/or exceeding sales quotas An open and energetic mind in the realm of business development with an ability to quickly become engaged inside of a target list of accounts.
