Overview: Vector Talent is seeking a human resource recruitment specialist who performs duties at the professional level in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action, and employment law compliance. This position requires an extremely perceptive person who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels within the organization. The specialist must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill and business needs.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Develops and maintains affirmative action program; files EEO-1 report annually; Vets4212 report, and maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations. Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students and temporary employees. Conducts new-employee orientations. Writes and places advertisements. Interviews, screens, and recruits job applicants at career fairs to fill all administrative job openings across the four companies. Manages the ATS for all administrative positions. Conducts exit interviews, analyzes data and makes recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement. Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends seminars. Maintains all employee and applicant documentation as dictated by governing agencies. Coaches, counsels and guides managers before executing employee disciplinary actions. Maintains employee personnel files. Distributes and monitors employee performance evaluations. Updates, monitors and maintains eligible salary adjustments/increases based on one-year evaluations. Partners with employees and management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, and other government regulations. Works with HR management on special projects. Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree or the equivalent years of experience. 3+ years Human Resource experience. 2+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience.
