Deputy Program Manager

GCC was recently ISO certified under ISO 9001:2015. GCC has been selected as one of the awardees on a large BPA for TSA. We are searching for a Deputy Program Manager (also referred to as Case Study Manager) to support an upcoming Task Order under this BPA. This is a contingent position based upon the award of the Task Order to GCC Technologies, LLC's team. Essential Functions/Job Description: The Case Study Manager shall be responsible for all work performed under the given BPA Order and shall be a single point of contact for the Contracting Officer's Representative and designated TSA personnel (eg Technical Monitors). The Case Study Manager, and any designated alternate(s), shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract. The Case Study Manager will coordinate closely with the Federal Government Lead and serve as a primary resource in the development and drafting CASPs and CARs. The Government expects the Case Study Manager to participate in the relevant work group meetings or any other events that supports the Case Study. The Case Study Manager will coordinate the contract resources to insure adequate resources are available to support for the planning, analysis, and reporting. The Case Study Manager will report to the Federal Government Lead concerning risks and risk mitigation strategies associated with planning, analysis and reporting. Minimum Requirements: Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant federal government experience Experience in a demonstrated supervisory role Bachelor's Degree Must be able to obtain and hold a SECRET level clearance TSA experience highly desired Salary is dependent upon experience & qualifications.
