Job Details: Job Summary: Job Mission: The mission of this role is to grow the C2ISR Solutions business significantly by building and leading a strong business development team that can source, shape, bid, and win new programs. Job Summary: Leads the Business Development organization, focusing primarily on sourcing, shaping, and bidding, and winning business opportunities outside the Company. Identifies and evaluates acquisitions, licensing / white label opportunities, and strategic business alliances to achieve the Company's long-range growth goals. This position works under limited supervision. Incumbents in this position exercise discretionary and substantial decision-making authority. Organization is focused on delivering advanced full motion video (FMV) and Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) capabilities to customers in the Defense and Intelligence communities. Essential Job Duties and Related Outcomes: * Leads the Business Development team to achieve the organization's growth plan * Support the VP / GM in developing business strategies that address our customer's most difficult problems while driving financial growth for the organization * Grow the annual pipeline of qualified targets from $100M in 2018 to >$500M by 2022 * Manage the new business pipeline to ensure appropriate pipeline health to meet bookings goals, while driving stage progression in accordance with the required timelines * Accountable to the VP / GM for new business bookings plan and forecast using data from Salesforce * Build team that captures >$100M per year in new business within 18 months of joining team while meeting / exceeding current margin rates * Build and manage team of at least 4 top-tier business development and capture professionals with experience in C4ISR and FMV technology and systems integration * Leverage market data / intelligence to develop annual business development objectives and execution plan * Define and maintain prioritized list of market driven requirements for application of annual Internal Research & Development budget * Add commercial products to GSA schedule and grow annual commercial product sales from $10M to >$20M within 24 months * Lead the capture and proposal development processes in accordance with Cubic standard * Achieve a win rate of >50% overall and achieve proposal ratings of "Green" or better on >90% of submissions Minimum Job Requirements: * Active Secret Clearance - Active TS/SCI highly desirable * Four-year college degree - MBA highly desirable * Minimum of 5 years leading a high-performing business development organization w/ annual revenue growth of >20% * Minimum of 10 years of successful Business Development / Capture / Program Management experience with the DoD and Intelligence Community * Ability to organize, plan and execute contracts, agreements and strategic purchase orders * Advanced interpersonal skills in order to interact in extremely delicate, sensitive and/or complex situations dealing with US and foreign agencies and commercial customers and suppliers * Ability to prioritize projects and work under tight deadlines The description provided above is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all job duties, responsibilities and requirements.
