  • Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized Transportation Assistant (QA Inspector/Counselor) experience equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal service providing counseling and entitlements by arranging and coordinating pick-up, personally procured move, shipment and/or storage of household goods, unaccompanied baggage, privately owned vehicles, boats, mobile homes, and household goods inspections. Specific work experience must include: 1) Apply a thorough knowledge of a wide range of traffic management and transportation policies, principles, and methodology; 2) Provide in-depth knowledge of all areas of personal property shipment management including household goods entitlements, personal property counseling, inbound and outbound shipment management, and non-temporary and temporary storage; 3) Utilize knowledge of computer systems and the ability to identify needs and problems using automated systems; and 4) Provide technical expertise to make solid, sound interpretations of Department of Defense (DoD) regulations and entitlements.
