One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service that demonstrates your ability to conduct operational planning and execution using joint operations planning processes; Coordinating external partnership design and implementation with appropriate subject matter experts and support staff to overcome process design hurdles in order to develop efficient project strategies.

PPP PILOT: The Washington Headquarters Service is currently operating under an approved reengineered Priority Placement Program (PPP) pilot for all positions in its serviced workforce.
