  • In order to be qualified for this position, you must posses one of the following:
    A. A bachelor's degree and superior academic achievement (SAA) based on one of the following: (1) class standing (upper third standing in graduating class); (2) grade-point average (2.95 overall or over the last two years of bachelor's degree -or- 3.45 in your major field or over the last two years in your major); or (3) election to membership in a national scholastic honor society. - OR -
    B. At least one full year of graduate level study in business administration, public administration, management, law, or another field related to the position, or possess a master's or higher degree in one fields of study as listed above. - OR -
    C. At least one year of experience equivalent to the GS-05 in the Federal service updating databases or spreadsheets to ensure information is complete and correct; preparing recurring reports for delivery to management; searching and maintaining case files for sensitive material (e.g. legal or medical files) needed by more senior staff; and applying policies and procedures to carry out administrative tasks for an office (e.g. keeping time and attendance, processing travel, keeping calendars). - OR -
    D. Have less than the full amount of graduate education described in "B" and less than the amount of experience described in "C," but I have a combination of the type of graduate education described in "B" and the type of experience described in "C."
