The Executive Assistant provides professional secretarial and administrative support to one or more Directors, Managers, or Coordinators. This position oversees the management of office functions, including accounting and payroll functions, scheduling, preparing reports, and maintaining a professional office environment. Responds to the needs of customers and works with all areas of the department to help meet the critical success factors of the organization. Actions and attitude that contributes to the critical success factors of the organization (i.e. Best place to work, Most extraordinary experience, Superior outcomes, Financial success for reinvestment, A growing organization vital to the community, and Valued as a faith-based organization).

EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
Two year Associates Degree
Two to five years of office management experience
Proficient in PC skills such as Windows, Microsoft Office, Excel, Internet, and Groupwise
Ability to work independently and handle a multi-task environment
Strong customer service skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with a variety of people including community, executives, and other employees
Professional appearance and manner
Ability to use office related machines (fax, copier, computer, printer)

Working Conditions:
Requires judgement that could affect image of the organization.
Occasional physical effort.
Frequent periods of sedentary work.
Frequently works at PC involving focused concentration.
Occasional off-Office setting environment.
Site working environment.
Occasional walking, bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling.
Work Schedule:


M-F, 8:30am-5pm
