Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst, Senior

Key Role:
Apply knowledge of Cybersecurity and privacy analysis and consulting throughout the security assessment and compliance life cycle process. Maintain responsibility for analyzing and finalizing Cybersecurity and privacy policies, programs, compliance artifacts, or standards supporting government and industry security compliance, systems accreditation, and management, as needed. Analyze the development of the documentation, validation, and accreditation processes necessary to ensure systems meet security and privacy requirements. Assess the effectiveness of an organization's IT security and privacy training program, including conducting social engineering exercises to ensure training remains consistent with current Cybersecurity and privacy threats and policies, and assist with achieving full compliance with all laws and regulations. Provide leadership and mentoring to junior employees. Contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly creative solutions.

Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with IT
-3+ years of experience with IT program management in the Army, DoD, or intelligence community (IC)
-Experience with the development and execution of knowledge management best practices and the automation of knowledge management frameworks to enhance processes and procedures for the management of a project
-Experience with delivering large or complex projects for DoD organizations on time  

-Ability to brief senior government leaders
-Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED

-DoD 8570 IAT Level III Certification

Additional Qualifications:

-Ability to research and field new or innovative technologies

-BA or BS degree

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
