Program Management and Acquisition Support

Key Role:

Perform as the task specialist for an assigned project and maintain responsibility for technical activities or analyses. Provide analytical support to project managers and directors, but not ultimately responsible for managing the project. Maintain responsibility for providing coordination for multi-disciplinary teams, communicating program priorities, establishing approaches to emerging requirements, engaging stakeholders and performers, tracking key deliverables and milestones, and supporting in scheduling meetings and workshops.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with federal contracting or federal financial office environment

-Experience with federal procurement and acquisition, including federal budgets and budgeting, federal finances and financial management, contracts, statements of work (SOW), cost estimates, and other contract related documents

-Experience with providing coordination for multi-disciplinary teams, communicating priorities, providing strategic guidance, and tracking deliverables with next steps

-Ability to discuss complex programmatic requirements with customers and record these requirements via official documentation

-Ability to proactively identify and address potential opportunities or threats to client's mission

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with preparing and reviewing briefings, presentations, reports, internal documents, correspondence, and weekly status inputs

-Knowledge of federal procurement or financial practices, including procurement requisitions, financial transactions, including inter-agency agreements, lines of account, and contracting practices

-Knowledge of systems engineering to support the acquisition process in the form of standard documentation

-BA or BS degree in System Engineering, Finance, or Law a plus

Clearance:
