Cyber CDM Project Manager

Key Role:

Serve as a project manager on one or more mid- to large-scale projects supporting various government agencies, including DHS, GSA, OPM, VA, DOI, USDOT, FAA, DOE, and USDA. Provide Cyber solution development, tool and ODC procurements, Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), Assessment and Authorization (A&A), integration, deployment, testing, O&M, training, and governance. Oversee and lead all aspects of project response development and execution planning, developing, organizing, and monitoring project schedules using Microsoft Project, staffing, cost, and scope performance in accordance with the requirements, as needed. Lead day-to-day task management of the project within a cross-functional team, maintain responsibility for the quality control and configuration management of all work performed, ensure all deliverables meet requirements of the contract and are delivered on time, elevate risks early, and communicate status of the project to stakeholders. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, manage and report the status of all project management and technical activities, and work with personnel ranging from senior leadership to highly specialized engineers. Participate and lead client engagements, including strategic analysis, planning, execution of solutions, and interface directly with the client in the execution of duties, as necessary.

Basic Qualifications

-7+ years of experience with supporting Cyber, IT, software, or procurement programs

-4+ years of experience with managing technical, Cyber, IT, software, or procurement programs

-Experience with Cost Plus, T&M, or Cost Reimbursable contract types

-Experience with creating and managing schedules using Microsoft Project

-Experience with managing or mentoring staff

-Ability to operate effectively in a high pressure, high-tempo, and dynamic environment

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

-Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with reviewing resumes and hiring

-Experience with subcontractor management

-Experience with DHS System Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) process

-Knowledge of CMMI best practices or similar methodologies for continuous improvement

-Active DHS Suitability clearance

-MBA degree

-Security+ or CISSP Certification

-Agile Certification
