EDME provides innovative Information Technology (IT) services and solutions. Vencore performs technical support services for CBP in the following principle technical areas Business Continuity Planning, Middleware Infrastructure Support, Windows Support Group, and Common Enterprise Technology Integration.Seeking a ITSM/ServiceNow Business Analyst. Individual will be responsible for supporting the functional delivery of the ITSM/ServiceNow solution. Activities will include functional requirements gathering, process and workflow design, testing and validation, communications and training deliverables. Min Requirements: 1 - 3 years' experience and a BS degree. Bachelor of Science (BS) can be substituted with an additional 4 years of related experienceTrained on the use of ServiceNow and/or Remedy for the implementation of ITSM solutionsTraining and/or experience related to ITIL principals and processesUS CitizenPreferred RequirementsITIL CertifiedICAgile Certified Professional (or equivalent certification)S in Computer Science, Math, or other technical degree 1+ years' experience developing web front-end applications with experience using API's and frameworks (eg jQuery, Angular.js, etc.)Experience with Federal Gov't is essential. Experience in technical (IT) projects is essential.Current CPB-issued Background Investigation (BI) is preferred.
