As a Staff Education Specialist RN for Behavioral Health, you'd be responsible for assessing staff learning needs, QI data and organizational initiatives and policies, the education specialist designs, coordinates and implements education. You'd Provide orientation for newly hired staff and ongoing education to current staff. The Staff Education Specialist would Serves as a subject matter expert in behavioral health nursing, Participating in nurse leader meetings and initiatives and provide classes such as CPI, Mental health first aid, psych tech training, and professional development (certification review).

Requirements:
2-3 years of current Behavioral Health experience
RN Teaching experience
RN license in state of Maryland
American Heart Association BLS CPR card
