Tableau Business Intelligence Analyst, Lead

Key Role:

Lead the ongoing strategic planning effort enterprise-wide for the client. Support the development of long-term growth plans and profitability objectives, as defined by the client. Work on projects that include analyses and recommendations for emerging industry trends, expansion opportunities, such as mergers and acquisitions, competitive threats, viability of outside business partners, venture capital sources, internal business performance, and business process improvement. Work on advanced complex technical projects or business issues requiring state-of-the-art technical knowledge or industry. Take a leadership role in generating intellectual capital to help the firm grow its business. Develop relationships with clients and leverage knowledge and trusted advice when interacting with senior-level clients directly.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with using Tableau to aggregate and analyze data collected from various sources

-Experience with the Microsoft program suite

-Ability to synthesize and communicate organizational performance clearly based on information from disparate sources through oral and written formats

-Ability to communicate information to senior executives for decision making purposes

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with performance management and identifying and defining performance measures to support an organization's mission and goals

-Knowledge of overall IC agency processes and policies

-Ability to execute projects and tasks with minimal guidance and supervision

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent data gathering, analytical, and problem solving skills
