ServiceNow Configuration Analyst

Key Role:

Design, develop and implement ServiceNow solutions by using out-of-the-box features to create custom pages, site templates, features, and Web parts. Write custom code to create and deploy ServiceNow solutions, as needed. Customize and brand ServiceNow sites, configure workflows, and customize lists, pages, forms using ServiceNow. Install and configure ServiceNow instances in stand-alone and development environments. Foster user adoption of ServiceNow by showing ServiceNow features and technologies to clients, and enable the conversion of business requirements into solutions. Document system processes and procedures in a clear manner. Discuss requirements with clients to design the ServiceNow sites, templates, structure, and taxonomy development and design, develop and implement solutions using ServiceNow.

Basic Qualifications:

-1+ years of experience with workflow configuration in ServiceNow

-1+ years of experience with leveraging ServiceNow's out-of-the-box features and object model to customize, develop, and configure solutions for clients

-Ability to show proven track record of successful implementation ServiceNow in an enterprise environment

-Ability to articulate and apply deep knowledge of Service Now in implementing portals and collaborative solutions for clients

-Ability to analyze business requirements and leverage ServiceNow capabilities to solve client problems

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with database modelling and concepts, performance point, reporting services, and business data catalog or business connectivity services

-Experience with a software development life cycle, including Agile or Waterfall methodologies

-Experience with object-oriented programming concepts

-Ability to work in a team environment and offer or support ideas

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
