Your role in helping us shape the future:

We are seeking an innovative and driven individual to join our Human Resources team.  You should have a burning desire to develop talent and build a learning culture. You will partner with line managers and senior executives to design and implement a career development strategy for employees.

 

Are you up to the challenge?

  • Establish the infrastructure for career pathing and development in partnership with key leaders and Compensation.
  • Partner with leaders to create individual development plans for high professional and high potential employees and key team members.  Identify and develop talents of employees based upon current and future business needs.  Evaluate the success of these development plans and programs.
  • Identify, communicate, and facilitate employees' career aspirations.
  • Provide coaching guidance to leaders and individual contributors.

 

Can you drive these processes?

Leverage and rebrand Intelsat's career development system / process for easily tracking and identifying employees' career goals & interests.    

 

You should definitely have:

  • An awesome personality!
  • A minimum of twelve (12) years of coaching experience including creating and implementing internal career paths and development plans
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Effective communications skills:  Effectively communicate “up and down” Intelsat
  • The ability to work in a multinational multi-cultural environment
  • Coaching Certification

 

It would be nice if you had:

  • Change management experience in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • A MA in Organizational Development, Human Resources or a related field
