One-year specialized experience at the GS-12 (or equivalent) level in the fields of conflict management and prevention as a practitioner (i.e mediator, facilitator, trainer, program manager, ombudsman, coach).
Preference will be given to those candidates who demonstrate a wider range of practitioner services as well as familiarity in the areas of workplace, EEO complaints, labor-management relations, collective bargaining, systemic and culture change, age discrimination, environmental, regulatory, enforcement, and leadership development and alignment.

Ability to coordinate complex projects with multiple high-level governments and non governmental officials.
Ability to negotiate and administer contracts for services and develop funding sources with high-level government officials.
Ability to adapt ADR services for delivery within various technology platforms, such as telephonic, video and other online collaborative systems. Demonstrating communication skills (verbal and written).
