GS-15: You must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level in the Federal service that included experience such as:
- Utilizing mastery of financial systems management principles, practices, laws, regulations, and business processes to provide authoritative interpretations on functional systems design and business process management
- Demonstrating expert knowledge of IT architecture required for Oracle Federal Financials sufficient to manage the production environment, development, test and staging environments, ensuring network connectivity and security, and creating a roadmap for server hosting solutions
- Performing project management and Federal policies, directives, and other regulatory material concerning the various types of contracts, techniques for contracting and procurement, and contract negotiation and administration.
