    Minimum Qualifications:
    GS-15: You must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level in the Federal service that included experience such as:
    • Utilizing mastery of financial systems management principles, practices, laws, regulations, and business processes to provide authoritative interpretations on functional systems design and business process management
    • Demonstrating expert knowledge of IT architecture required for Oracle Federal Financials sufficient to manage the production environment, development, test and staging environments, ensuring network connectivity and security, and creating a roadmap for server hosting solutions
    • Performing project management and Federal policies, directives, and other regulatory material concerning the various types of contracts, techniques for contracting and procurement, and contract negotiation and administration.

    Selective Placement Factor (SPF): This position requires a SPF be met in order to meet minimum requirements for the position.
