Director of Business Operations

The Director of Business Operations reports to the

Executive Director/Chief Librarian & will be responsible

for:

• Oversight of the agency’s business functions,

consistent with the Library’s strategic plan and the

established priorities of the Board of Library Trustees.

• Member of the Library’s executive management team.

• Staff liaison to the Library Board of Finance, Facilities,

and Contracts Review.

• Collaborates across organizational units to help create

an excellent library experience for staff and customers

at all levels.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field required.

• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of business experience

including two years in a leadership or executive role

required.
