Previous experience with nutrition documentation in a health care setting working directly with a Dietitian preferred. Certified Food Manager Certification, ServSafe Certification or equivalent national registry standard certification must be obtained within 180 days of hire. Current Food Handler's Workers Permit required upon hire if employee does not possess active certified Food Manager Certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

Supervises Food Service Workers and Cooks in daily food and tray line set up, service, and clean-up/sanitation. Helps train new staff; conducts inventory, assigns tasks, monitors portion control and ensures service areas and equipment are sanitized and cleaned and procedures for recipes, menus, quality and safe food handling guidelines are followed; performs nutritional charting and maintains tray card system.
