Assistant Program Manager Support
DCS has recently won Navigation and Timing (PM PNT) contract and is looking to hire an Assistant Program Manager Support with experience working with the Army’s Program Manager Position, Navigation and Timing (PM PNT).
Essential Job Functions:
Creating, reviewing, and providing recommendations for PM PNT acquisition programs, including participating in the development of program objectives, integrated master schedules, budget requests, requirements analysis, strategies, schedules, program documentation, program briefings, business case analysis, acquisition planning, policy implementation and achievement of milestone objectives for PM PNT products.
Creating, reviewing, and providing recommendations to acquisition and milestone documentation in support of PM PNT product Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Executive (PPBE) Processes.
Provide and updating briefing documentation for, and attend, meetings associated with all aspects of PM PNT products to include such meetings as IPTs; reviews leading to and including Milestone Decisions; PNT product contractor reviews; Weapon System Reviews (WSRs); POM reviews; PNT product platform and client meetings; Technology Readiness Assessment (TRA) reviews, budget reviews.
Documenting proceedings of these meetings and providing recommendations as a result of the content of these meetings.
Reviewing and providing guidance for, updates to program documentation supporting the acquisition process.
Assisting in the preparation of, and provide recommendations for, the formulation of short and long range PM PNT program.
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Bachelor's degree with a minimum twelve (12) years program/product management experience with DoD acquisition programs.
Must possess a Security Clearance.
Must have minimum 10 years of supervisory experience.
Must have experience with developing, reviewing and giving presentations/briefings to senior management.
