Experience acquiring and demonstrating mastery level knowledge of the principles and practices of the digital libraries, digital preservation, digital and community archives and knowledge of current research, trends and analysis in these areas, as well as mastery level knowledge related to the broad issues and challenges in library and information science industry.
There is no substitution of education for experience at this grade level.
