The Business Process Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing and reporting data; facilitating the data-driven improvement cycle used for improving, optimizing and stabilizing business processes and design (DMAIC), and managing projects at Rehabilitation.
Preforms analysis of findings, forecasting and trends using statistical analysis, modeling, and process documentation.
Develops and maintains proficiency with quality data mining and reporting from third-party systems containing quality-related data.
Maintains internal and external presentations of data, ex: Scorecards, Dashboard.
Develops dashboard presentations of key quality indicators, yielding actionable presentations.
Lead DMAIC Projects as well as facilitate and coach teams through the phases of DMAIC.
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Systems, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a relevant field.
Green Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma.
Ability to analyze and report on complex data.
Ability to communicate complex data in comprehensible ways.
Ability to program in Excel using functions
Ability to use Pivot Tables to sort and analyze data
Ability to build advanced charts for displaying real-time data
Full time position, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
