Falls Church based general contractor currently seeking a full-time Executive Assistant for our President and CEO.
Duties include, but are not limited to, prioritizing/screening calls, managing calendars, preparing memos and emails, making meeting arrangements, and organizing company events.
Successful candidate will be a self-starting team player that can efficiently provide the necessary support with little to no supervision. Must have 5+ years experience providing executive level administrative support and possess advanced computer and communication skills. Opportunity for advancement.
