The Omnicell Pharmacy Technician is responsible for the successful coordination and implementation of the Omnicell cabinet to a nursing home facility. This position is part time, 5 hours per week. *FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE!* Establishes productive, professional relationships with key facility personnel for all Omnicell tasks. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer Omnicell needs on an ongoing basis. Conduct presentation style and one-on-one training at all facilities. Leads solution efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel. Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables. Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner. Conduct internal training for all departments involved. Responsible for internal coordination within departments for the implementation of an Omnicell and replenishment. Promotes and maintains a positive relationship with other department to support the successful implementation of the Omnicell cabinets. Helps with documentation of product guides and training materials. Helps with deploying database and servers with each Omnicell cabinet. Implements all checklist items for the implementation in a new client environment Ability to troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Coordinate all training sessions with facilities. Install and troubleshoot all cabinet hardware and software. Pick and Restock all medications needed for the Omnicell cabinet. Must have a pharmacy technician certification Possess a self-managed proactive work style and also work well in a team environment Must be able to manage and coordinate multiple, complex technical and operational issues Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to comprehend and communicate procedures and information precisely and unambiguously. Good interpersonal skills. Extremely motivated and flexible. Highly organized with exceptional time management skills. Must be extremely detail oriented. Ability to learn quickly, understand and explain technical information and pharmacy procedures to non-technical staff and customers. Must be able to analyze technical issues and troubleshoot solutions which minimize risk and ensure successful deployment. Must work effectively under intense pressure in order to meet deadlines to meet client demands. Technical with all Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to understand prescription orders and have a basic understanding of pharmacy operations. Must have a basic understanding of controls substances and overall pharmacy operations
