Job Description We are looking for energetic, career-minded, self-motivated professionals to join our growing company and help families protect their futures with life insurance and other financial products. If you are new in the field, we will provide you the best training in the industry. If you are experienced in business management and marketing, we will give you the support you need to ensure your success. The ideal candidate must possess a strong work ethic and fantastic communication skills. You must be passionate about helping people and driven—yet humble and coachable. This sales position involves no cold calling, no door knocking, and no begging for business. No high-pressure sales tactics are needed—or allowed! We work exclusively with clients who asked for our help. Here's how it works: * Our central office sends letters to recent home buyers, inviting them to apply for home mortgage protection insurance. These prospects are HOT to protect their new investment with the products we offer. * You contact these warm leads and qualify them over the phone. You meet them in person, explain their options, and help them through the application process. EARNINGS POTENTIAL: * Our typical broker working full-time in the field goes on ten appointments per week, sells five policies, and earns a commission of around $500 per sale. That adds up to around $2,500 a week, $10,000 a month, $120,000 a year. * The right person can grow into an agency owner within 12 months.
