Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire a Senior Well-Being Specialist (SWS) who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing. The SWS will partner with LifeWork Strategies to promote a culture of well-being that addresses the specific health needs of the client's employee population. The SWS will provide fulltime, on-site support for our client to coordinate and develop well-being and health-related programs, presentations, employee-facing online wellness web portal and outgoing marketing efforts. The SWS will lead program design, implementation, evaluation and customer support. Tasks will include program design, implementation of disease management programs, and management of the Associate Well-being Specialist to run day-to-day program needs. The SWS will provide both creative and technical programmatic insight. Through health programming expertise, they will provide client-facing consultation and guidance on effective employer health strategies.

Qualified candidates will possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Public Health or related field
- Master's degree preferred in related field
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience
- Previous experience in wellness account management or program coordination
- Knowledge of the health & wellness industry, including health campaign/program design
