Communications Program Assistant

The IIF is seeking an outstanding and highly motivated Program Assistant to support the communications department. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain first-hand experience in Washington, D.C. and to enhance your knowledge of traditional and digital communications. In addition to completing other duties as assigned, the position’s core responsibilities include tracking media coverage, drafting digital content, compiling analytics reports, producing collateral materials and conducting background research. Candidates should have an academic background in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Economics, Public Policy or a related field, and previous experience at an agency, news organization, hill or executive office, or trade association is preferred. Must be fluent in English with strong writing skills.
