Pega System Administrator

Key Role:

Deploy and maintain Pega 7.x implementation in a Cloud environment. Maintain responsibility for maintaining the health of systems installed in the enterprise, including application monitoring, performance analysis, and tuning. Work as part of a project team to ensure that the technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer availability and performance requirements. Recommend the design, architecture, and implementation of Pega in the development, test, and production environments.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with installing, configuring, and managing CRM or BPM solutions

-Experience with Cloud platforms and technologies, including Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure

-Knowledge of Pega underlying architecture, including application structure and access control

-Knowledge of Agile software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies operation practices

-Ability to work within a larger architecture and development team

-Active Top Secret clearance required

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the successful implementation of Pega Platform in a high availability enterprise environment

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including providing oral and written recommendations on tool designs

-Pegasystems Certification, including CSA, CSSA, or CLSA

-Pass Pega Academy System Administration (7) Course

Clearance:
